MTS Welcomes Team Members Full-Time

AS MTS continues to grow, we have hired two contractors to full-time status this year. Please join us in welcoming them to our everyday team!

Brendan Haentjens
Mechanical Design Engineer

Brendan’s focus is mechanical design and analysis, and he executes much of our computer modeling, prototype assembly, and technical documentation. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, and he continues to perfect his craft through personal projects and online learning through the ASME. Brendan strives to design and develop smart, simple, user-friendly products and enjoys working through the iterative processes that move a project from concept to reality.

 

Konstantin Avdashchenko
Electrical Design Engineer

Konstantin’s specialties are electronic design and firmware development for custom electronic sub-assemblies. He attended Union College, where he earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a Nanotechnology Minor. Since 2012 he has been the director of Hack Manhattan, an all-volunteer hackerspace, where he teaches classes and advises projects. Konstantin’s heavy programming background and experience with internet-connected devices gives our team an edge with the rising Internet of Things.
